Today a terrorist attack was foiled in the old city of Jerusalem after he was spotted by an observer of the police control center suspiciously following Jewish worshipers. He was arrested and after interrogation he admitted to having the intention of carrying out a stabbing attack.

Last night the IDF and Yamam special police forces went on an operation in Shchem (Nablus) to arrest wanted terrorists and were of course met with a nice welcoming party. 2 terrorists were eliminated in the firefight and 4 wanted terrorists were arrested but one of the wanted managed to get away. A lot of military grade weapons were confiscated.
In the first video you can see our Yamam forces on security camera.
All in all it was another mostly successful nightly arrest operation in which none of our guys were harmed.

A very emotional and touching moment as Deborah, the mother of fallen Magav border police officer Shirel Abukarat who was murdered by a terrorist in March, came to the graduation ceremony of the Magav fighters and had the honor of giving the green beret to her daughter's childhood friend who completed her border police training.
Shirel was the niece of my neighbour and I posted a few articles here about that attack, may her memory be a blessing:
