Thanks to Im Tirtzu for this one.

In this video, Sami Abu Shehadeh, who is an Arab member of Knesset of the Arab Joint List party, complains pathetically about Im Tirtzu activists who annually join the 'Nakba Day' hatefest at the Tel Aviv University.

This guy has joined celebrations for released terrorists and has also praised the mothers of terrorists.

Kol HaKavod for all Im Tirtzu does, I know many of their veteran and senior members personally for years and they are the salt of the earth, the good guys for sure. Matan Peleg you are a great CEO should be proud of your members as we are.

I posted about the event here:

Tonight is Lag Ba'Omer and so in honor of this I want to share this incredible version of Rabi Nachman's words in a song called "Kol Ha'Olam Kulo" and the words are "Kol ha'olam kulo, gesher tzar me'od, veha'ikar lo lifached k'lal" which means "The whole entire world is a very narrow bridge and the main thing is to have no fear at all".

Lag Sameach!!!

Number 1 thing we have to love about ourselves (Jews).

Tonight is Lag Ba'Omer and due to last year's tragedy which occurred on Mount Meron whereby 45 Jews died, the numbers of people being able to enter Meron tonight are being limited and things are being done in waves, so a large group are stuck in the parking lot waiting. So instead of being annoyed, getting angry, fighting with the security, these guys decided to just have their own bonfire party right int he parking lot.

Jews will always find a reason to celebrate life. Our enemies are the opposite.

Lag Sameach and may the festivities tonight be safe, fun and may it elevate the souls of those who died last year.

My friend Timur Aklin just reported to me that while he and his friends and their families were celebrating Lag BaOmer in Yaffo outside their synagogue now, a group of between 8 to 15 Arabs came to them and started causing trouble with them. They beat his friend with a brick on his head.

The police are looking for them. Stay alert if in Yaffo.

Refuah Shleima to your friend Timur.

An update from this attack.

My friend informed me that the police have caught some of the guys involved but they are not giving more details than that.

His friend who was hit in the head with a brick is in hospital as you see and has blood stains all over his tzitzit.

Rocket sirens went off moments ago in the north of Israel by Lebanon.

Due to a misidentification, the air defense system fired interceptors. There was no rockets fired nor a UAV from Lebanon.

False alarm. Everything is back to normal.

In February I posted that I bought these first 2 books which my friend Matti Friedman wrote and my excitement to read them was definitely not in vain. I finally finished them. I made this post.

I read lots of books at the same time so it takes me time to complete a single book but I do this so I can read a section then really just put a lot of thought into what was written, I imagine the experience as much as possible and discuss it with some.

See the comments section for my review.

In addition I have just received his first book called "The Aleppo Codex". It won the 2014 Sami Rohr Prize for Jewish Literature, was selected as one of Booklist's top ten religion and spirituality books of 2012, was awarded the American Library Association's 2013 Sophie Brody Medal and the 2013 Canadian Jewish Book Award for history, and received second place for the Religion Newswriters Association's 2013 nonfiction religion book of the year.
