This is a truly excellent speech and resonates on so many levels! I have posted these videos before but in a different context and so I want to post it in another context.

This is a speech give by my friend Yoni Sharon, an Israeli musician who also happens to be a right wing religious Ashkenazi "settler" (yes I'm saying this on purpose) who lives in Judea and who is fluent in Arabic and who has great relations with his "Palestinian" Arab neighbours. No this is not a Kumbaya story but rather an intellectually practical one that many right wing religious "settlers", like Yoni, understand.

The context here is focused on a certain % of people within 2 groups who can benefit from this and if you don't find any benefit then you choose to remain either ignorant or arrogant (or both):
