The Shia-Muslim Hezbollah member who spied for Israel then converted to Judaism and became a Rabbi.
Introducing Rabbi Avraham Sinai (formerly Ibrahim Yassin) who is an ex-Hezbollah member born to a Shia-Muslim family in Lebanon. He spied for Israel, became quite senior in Hezbollah, then after being suspected of being a collaborator he was interrogated and beaten for months. They even burnt his 8 month old baby boy to death in front of his eyes. Years later he was provided asylum in Israel where he eventually ended up converting to Judaism and today is a Rabbi living in Tzfat with his new family. He gives lectures about his life working for Israeli intelligence. What a man he is!
I hope you enjoy these 2 very incredible short documentaries about his life. The first one is shorter and has less detail in it, so I suggest watching both anyway as you see different aspects of his life in both.
Available here too.

Well done to Sheina Vaspi for coming 15th place in the Paralympic Winter Games in China. She is the first ever Israeli to represent Israel in this competition.
Due to the fact that she is religious and keeps the Shabbat, she could not compete in a slalom as it was rescheduled for Saturday and so she cannot compete. So she would have probably done better than 15th place. Respect to her for putting her values above other things.
Vaspi, who grew up in a Chabad Hasidic family in the northern town of Yesud HaMaโala, has always maintained her religious observance alongside her athleticism, even battling sports authorities to allow her to compete in a skirt.
She lost her leg in a car accident when she was three years old. She didnโt take up skiing until age 15, training with the Erez Foundation, a non-profit in northern Israel that was founded by veterans of the militaryโs alpine special forces unit and search and rescue specialists.

Film yourself giving a nice message of support to the kids which will be shown to them (in any language but if you can say something in Ukrainian it would be great).
Please submit your videos to me here ASAP: https://forms.gle/S7RXCSUCNYiqYC9A7

This is how a religious IDF soldier in Hebron prepares for the Jewish festival of Purim, which is next week, by reading the Megilat Esther (and with a great voice).

What a Tzadik!!! This is Rabbi Naftali Cohen who is an expert Mohel for brit mila (Jewish circumcision) who flew to perform a circumcision in the besieged Odessa for an 8-day-old baby after dozens of other mohels refused to embark on the long and dangerous journey. The flight was funded by Ichud Hatzala (the Rescue Union).
He was detained for many hours by the Ukrainian Border Police at the border but in moments ago he was released and on his way now to perform this great mitzvah in the community of Rabbi Shlomo Bekshet where the last Jews in the city of Odessa remain.
Kol HaKavod & Mazal Tov to the family & the new member of the Jewish tribe!!
