Baruch Dayan HaEmet!
This was Naomi Perlman, a 91-year-old Holocaust survivor from Ashkelon who was severly injured by a rocket that hit her home during the last war with Gaza known as Operation "Guardian of the Walls" in May 2021. The same attack killed her 32 year old Indian foreign worker who was looking after her, her name was Sahomi Sandush.
Noami lost her legs in the attack after the rocket caused severe damage to her legs and her body was covered in shrapnel. She has been going through a lot of intensive care since then but her body gave up and she passed away today.
