I believed that if we applied heavy military and diplomatic pressure, we could bring back all the hostages, and that’s how we acted. It wasn’t easy, and I faced a lot of pressure.

Hamas has never agreed to release all of our hostages without us leaving Gaza (until now).

We will act to locate the fallen hostages as soon as possible.

Simchat Torah two years ago turned into a day of national mourning. This Simchat Torah will become a day of national joy.

Hamas will be disarmed and Gaza will be demilitarized. If this is achieved the easy way, so much the better, and if not, it will be achieved the hard way

Netanyahu clearly says in his speech that this is a ceasfire to bring back the hostages. Not the end of the war. He said that when moving to next phase Hamas doesn't lay down it's weapons and leave from power the easy way we will do it the hard way. So expect to be back to war soon.
