Using starvation for propaganda in Gaza

All of the footage of supposed "starvation" being used in Gaza lacks context, most of the time the people in the videos are not thin at all, the parents and others around them are well fed and only the baby being shown is usually thin which suggests they are using babies who are suffering from diseases naturally and being exploited for propaganda. If there was really starvation and famine then everyone would look like death, not just the kids they use for videos.
