Tonight at the ancient synagogue in the southern Hebron Mountains, the 8th candle was lit for Channukah

Tonight my partner in party crime for Israeli security, Chana Fellig, has thrown an awesome party for the female Magav (border police) officers in Jerusalem

This is 5 minutes of pure joy.

Keep in mind these young girls are all heavily armed and very tough. Being a border police officer is not easy at all.

At the party for the female Magav officers, the girls did the "Hafrashat Chalah" ceremony and one of the girls was in tears because she knew some young girls who were killed in a car accident recently.

The Yamas (elite undercover police unit - Mista'arvim), who pretend to be Arabs, made this awesome video lighting the Channukah candles for the last night of Channukah.

At the end of the evening we had with the IDF soldiers that we invited to the Hilton hotel, we had NFL stars Nick Lowery and Tony Richardson give tactical ballistic helmets to the soldiers.
