Earlier this evening there was a stabbing attack in the old city of Jerusalem. 2 Magav police officers (male and female) were injured but they the one fought him and shot him and at the same time a civilian security guard at the Yeshiva nearby also shot him and together they both managed to kill the terrorist 16 year old terrorist.
I know exactly where this took place, it was near the Austrian Hospice, I know the old city backwards from spending a lot of time there. The attack took place near the Ateret Cohanim yeshiva which is right near the Austrian Hospice.

Here is the video of the terrorist attack that took place today in Jerusalem whereby 2 Magav police officers were attacked by a 16 year old Arab named Omar Abu Asab.
The male was stabbed in the head and then the female officer fought with him while the male officer tried to find a moment to shoot him without shooting her. While this was taking place, a civilian who so happens to be the head of the Yeshiva nearby named Rabbi Aviv Tzobari shot the terrorist and the Magav guard also shot. The terrorist was killed.
Kol HaKavod to the rabbi for his fast reaction and having an advantage of being on the right side before someone else got hurt. Also Kol Hakavod to the female officer for not letting her partner down and engaging full on with the terrorist and even though she too was injured.
Refuah shleima to the injured officers. The female officer had surgey and is doing ok, I included a pic.
The parents of the terrorist have been arrested.
Hamas have claimed he is one of theirs.

The 3 heroes of yesterday's terror attack in Jerusalem's old city.
On the left are the 2 Magav border police officers who were attacked by the terrorist. The male border guard was struck in the head with the blade but suffered minor injuries and while that took place the female border guard attacked the terrorist who ended up stabbing her in the hand and some other places too but nothing serious, she is out of surgery and in a good state.
Last but certainly not least is the man on the right, Rabbi Aviv Tzobari (head of the Yeshiva nearby), who is a civilian that ran out immediately to help them and shot the terrorist along with the male border guard who also shot the terrorist. They call it Economic Zionism and I think it is great and very important to keep Israel's heartland thriving. Without a thriving economy the place cannot survive and we already know that Jews living in Judea & Samaria are key to Israel's survival.

An amazing and tearful moment for this 74 year old Kibbutznik who for the first time in his life put on a tallit and tefillin (not shown in the video) at his grandson's Bar Mitzvah on the top of Masada.

One was a shooting near the Western Wall entrance and the other was a stabbing near the Temple Mount entrance.
The terrorist who shot at Jews has been killed and the other fled the scene. Unfortunately 3 people were injured, one worshiper was shot in the head is in a critical condition.
The terrorist who performed the shooting was Fadi Abu Shihadam and is part of Hamas. His wife fled abroad 3 days ago, proving it was pre-meditated.
The police commissioner said "The police response was very fast, within 32 seconds they sought contact and eliminated the terrorist"
