This was 21 year old Staff Sgt. Gilad Rozenblit, a combat medic of the 401st Armored Brigade's 52nd Battalion from Ginegar. He was killed in action in Gaza yesterday.

This power singer is an Israeli Druze singer / actor from Fauda named Loay Ali. He served in the IDF in Gdud Cherev (The Sword Battalion, an Israeli Druze unit).

Here he is singing a famous song by Idan Amedi called Ke'ev shel Lochamim (Fighters pain), which is about the pain of combat soldiers.

He sings this in Hebrew and Arabic.
