1) The kid doesnt even respond to her, showing he isnt related to her. Just sits there with a blank look. He doesnt even hug her when she hugs him. You wouldn't hug your mother? aunt? older sister? whatever she is pretending to be!

2) 4 people are filming including 2 professional Press cameramen. Why so many cameras and angles for something like this? The kid looks fine and in one piece.

3) She is, as usual, overly dramatic and nobody else is even fazed by the situation being "so bad". This is to trigger emotions from clueless Westerners who will see it.

4) Fake crying, with ZERO tears.

5) She wipes his "tears" that he doesnt have.

6) Why is she checking his arms and legs as though she is a nurse or a doctor? Surely they checked him already?
