These teenage Israeli surfers are heroes!
Recently, a 6 year old girl was drowning in the sea in Ashdod when her 4 brothers came to rescue her. They also got stuck in the dangerous riptide and started to drown too. Their mother watched in horror as her 5 children were drowning until a group of teenage surfers came to their rescue and saved them all. The 6 year old received mouth-to-mouth resuscitation as she had drowned completely.
These guys deserve an award!

At Eyal Golan's concert he invited a Rabbi to get the entire crowd to recite part of the prayers we recite nightly during the period of slichot which we are in now. This included Shema Yisrael.

The secular owner of the Jordan River rafting company decided to stop operating his business on Shabbat and Jewish holidays and as expected, the profits of the company went up, way up and didnt come down.
To us religious Jews we already know this to be a fact, it is the secular Jews who need to learn this. We are taught that any money made on Shabbat or Jewish holidays lacks a bracha (a blessing). Money is energy, in Judaism money is very spiritual.
So all these secular Jews in Tel Aviv who believe the public transport will make more money if it opens on Shabbat, they are wrong, the profits will certainly decrease.
The same increase in profits were reported by many previously non-kosher restaurants in Tel Aviv which became kosher. Their profits went up a lot.
Torah is truth!

It is by a famous Israeli Haredi rabbi named Rabbi Zamir Cohen who brings Torah and Science together and proves the many things learnt in science which already existed in the Torah and which Jews have been doing for thousands of years before the concept of science even existed.

Never ever throw your clothes or children's toys away, always donate them either directly to an organization that deals with it like I just did or if there is some homeless person near you then give it to them.
I do see many people throwing clothes and toys into the trash, it's quite disgusting. The clothes that we throw away are often in pretty good condition and for somebody who has nothing this is like getting the best clothes in the world.
I put these in a clothes donation bin.
