What a hero!!
Yesterday I reported about 2 IDF combat soldiers, from the elite special forces unit called Duvdevan, who were seriously injured during an operation to arrest terrorists in Jenin, hit was the post: https://www.facebook.com/ugobey/posts/10165888603330441
The religious IDF soldier in this pic, who cannot be named, is a combat medic from the same unit. He is the one responsible for literally saving these 2 soldier's lives. By IDF medical protocol he should not have gone to the injured to give them aid because they were all still under fire and the medic could have also died.
He made a calculated decision on the spot to go against this protocol, while under heavy fire and risking his life, and tended to the 2 injured soldiers, one who was critical.
The 2 suffered from severe bleeding and even after giving them blood doses he still bravely decided not to put the switch to fighter mode, he remained there treating them, again still under fire and risking his life.

Simchat Torah!!
We celebrated Simchat Torah outside our apartment building tonight and this is what ensued....after this we continued the party in the grounds of our building and had hakafot with the sifreiy torah...all the neighbours in the area came to join, it was incredible!
We actually partied like this the entire festival last night and today of course without the music and only with our voices.

On Sunday I posted about 2 elite IDF soldiers, from the Duvdevan unit, who were critically injured in a firefight against terrorists in Jenin.

The one soldier is doing fine but the other IDF officer was unconscious this entire time and he woke up today. He cannot be named though. He was hit by 9 bullets and the 10th bullet hit this grenade that was on his body but it didn't explode.
I will note that since the death of IDF soldiers Maj. Eliraz Peretz and St.-Sgt. Ilan Sviatkovsky from the exact same situation in 2010 whereby a bullet hit a Eliran's grenade and they both got killed after it exploded, the IDF did make upgrades to try and prevent this but it isn't guaranteed to always work, so it is part genius part miracle no doubt!
Please continue to pray for the soldier's healing!

This morning there was an attempted stabbing attack in the Old City of Jerusalem.
The female terrorist tried to stab a police officer at the Chain Gate (Sha'ar Ha-Shalshelet) but failed and she was shot dead.
In addition IDF forces shot a terrorist dead in the Arab town of Burqin last night. We killed a terrorist named Alaa Nasser Mohammed Zayyoud. I attached 2 videos of the moment our forces were captured killing him.

Up until now, almost nobody ever heard of this this handsome Ethiopian Israeli Jew here called Ferede Aklum. He has just been given the honor of having a street named after him in Israel. He was an unsung Mossad hero who was key to leading thousands of Ethiopian Jews from Ethiopia via Sudan to Israel in 1977 in a secret Mossad operation.
Thousands died along the way but he still managed to get over 900 of them to reach Israel. His incredible mission paved the way for Operation Moses and Operation Solomon. In 2009 he sadly passed away and was buried in Be'er Sheva.
What an incredible man you were and still are, in the memories of those who you saved and now the whole country will see your name on the streets.
Thank you for your bravery sir and may your memory be a blessing!

Very impressive work by an Israeli police officer, from the Yoav unit, who noticed a vehicle that was stolen and pursued the criminals into a Bedouin village.
After he found them, they tried to drive away but the officer immediately disabled the vehicle by shooting out the tires and even though the driver got very aggressive with him, he didn't even shoot the guy. That is what you call professionalism and control! Unless the criminal is going to kill him or the someone else, he cannot shoot him, so he executed this protocol very well.
I can guarantee you that if this was a scene in other countries, the driver would be dead.

Aww the poor suffering Palestinian!
This was Osama Sobh, one of the terrorists we killed during the operation in Jenin on the 26th September which I reported about here: https://www.facebook.com/ugobey/posts/10165888603330441
Arab media are showing him with his Mercedes Benz and his mansion home and saying what a hero he was to give this all up for the love of the land and for the love of Jenin.
Many people assume that terrorists only do what they do because they are suffering and poor under the cruel control of the brutal Israelis BUT as we have seen before, many terrorists have been very wealthy and live a very good life, yet still choose to kill Israelis. This fantasy about terrorists being desperate needs to go away.

Israelis doing incredible things for IDF soldiers!
This guy in the front is an IDF combat soldier named Yedidya Amit .
A few days ago he got on the wrong bus, well he thought it was the wrong bus but after what happened he learned that even though it wasn't going to the place he wanted it to go that it was still the right bus, as he got a nice surprise from making that mistake.
He got on a bus line from Tel Aviv to Kfar Saba instead of Rosh HaAyin and after a few stops he realised he had made a mistake in the direction of the bus. He immediately approached the driver named Uzi Tzabari and asked him where he was going?
