I made a post the other day informing that in Lucy Dee's death she saved the lives of 5 other people due to her organs being donated. This is 58 year old Mordechai Elkebatz. He is married and is a father of four children who waited 7 years for a kidney transplant.โฆ
I made a post the other day informing that in Lucy Dee's death she saved the lives of 5 other people due to her organs being donated.
This is 51 year old Leital Valenci, she is a mother of 2 sons who needed an urgent heart transplant. This week she received the heart of the late Lucy Dee z"l, who was murdered in the terrorist attack
She said: "During the eight months I waited for a transplant, I knew that if I received a heart transplant, it would involve someone else's tragedy. May there be a price for the new life I am getting, it is a truly noble act."
Mazal tov to Leital and may Lucy's memory be for a blessing!

This guy named Amit Portal put 19 kilograms of weights into his backpack and ran 19 kilometres in memory of the 19 victims of terror from this year alone.
Kol HaKavod to him.
One correction is that at the end he says that it was because they were Jews, though 2 of the victims were not Jews but in the mind of the terrorist they assume the person they are attacking is a Jew as their main targets are Jews.

Look how the Arabs treat their supposed "holy place", by allowing youth to play football up on the Temple Mount. They would all be put in jail for doing this in Mecca, it is 100% forbidden to treat a holy place like a playground.

IDF soldiers rescued a camel that was stuck in a hole due to the floods. Keep in mind they are not trained in this and have no idea how to do it but tried anyway and succeeded.

Wow this is quite amazing!
Recently a lone IDF combat soldier made a post on Facebook saying: "I am an infantryman and I am about to get married. My wedding will take place in May, God willing. I am currently looking to buy a car in excellent condition at a nominal price - my budget is up to 15 thousand or so. I would appreciate any help or assistance in the matter."
He was flooded with people willing to help him but one stood out of all. An Arab man from Ramallah wrote the following comment: "I have a 2008 Mazda 3. Someone agreed to pay me 7,000 NIS for it. I'm ready to give it to you for free!!! Let it be a symbol of peace between us. By the way, I am a resident of Ramallah, I will give you the car with love without thinking twice".
Due to the huge amount of comments and likes, the post was removed as it drew too much attention to the soldier and to the Arab from Ramallah who wanted to help.

Incredible news, surprised it took so long!
This is Tat Aluf (Brigadier General) Avigdor Kahalani and he was selected to light one of the torches for this year's Independence Day ceremony.
I have posted about this incredible hero before and so I will repeat my words.
Kahalani is a Yemenite Jew who served as a career soldier for thirty years, achieving the rank of Brigadier-General, and eventually become of Israel's most decorated combat officers. He is one of only 40 IDF soldiers since 1948 to ever receive the IDF's highest award known as The Medal of Valor which is only awarded during wars to a soldier who performs a supreme act of valor while facing the enemy and risking one's life.
During the Six Day War in 1967, Kahalani received the Medal of Distinguished Service for his heroism after being badly burned on 60% of his body while fighting the enemy in his Centurion tank. It was in the 1973 Yom Kippur War, however, that Kahalani's name would be etched forever into Israeli history.

Commanding a tank battalion in the fiercely contested northern region known as the Golan Heights, Kahalani hastily assembled a group of tanks and crews from various armour units to try and repel the Syrians following their surprise assault on Yom Kippur, the holiest day in the Jewish calendar.
The vastly superior Syrian forces had already overrun Israeli positions in the first days of the war, but Kahalani's force - outnumbered & outgunned - managed to keep the attackers at bay long enough for Israeli reserve tank and infantry units to push the Syrians back over the border. The battle proved to be one of the major turning points of the war. After the war, the valley where the battle took place was littered with hundreds of burned Syrian tanks and was renamed Emek Ha-Bacha - The Valley of Tears (There was a TV series made about this battle).
He literally was responsible for single-handedly destroying hundreds of Syrian tanks and possibly saved Israel from destruction due to his incredible action & bravery.
