The civilian man pictured in the middle is IDF veteran Golani Brigade commander, Avraham Azot. He also fought in the battle for Mount Hermon in the Yom Kippur War in 1973.
Recently he came to visit the IDF soldiers who are currently serving in Golani with the purpose of meeting the younger generation of combat commanders and to allow them to share their personal stories and thus contribute to the shared identity through the brigade's legacy.
Kol HaKavod!!

Absolutely incredible work by the Israeli GSS after recapturing the last 2 of 6 remaining esacaped terrorist prisoners, Iham Kamamji and Munadil Nafiyat, last night in the very hostile Arab city of Jenin.
You can run but you can't hide!!
You can read about the other 4 who were previously recaptured here: https://www.facebook.com/ugobey/posts/10165847774780441
A large amount of IDF forces entered Jenin under heavy fire and captured them in a house after initiating the "Pressure Cooker" protocol and then they gave themselves up. The IDF, Shin Bet, and the counter-terror police unit participated in the operation.
The security forces entered the city and surrounded the house in which the terrorists were hiding. After the terrorists refused to leave the house, the fighters opened fire on them, and then the terrorists ran out of the house and surrendered to the security forces.
Kol HaKavod!!!!!

These are the top 5 most insane Israeli Black Ops missions ever! (that we know of at least)
Israel’s military and espionage organizations are responsible for some of the world’s boldest and most unbelievable covert missions. The IDF’s special forces units and the Mossad are trained to reach anyone, anywhere, if necessary.
Enjoy!

A great version of the Nigun Berditzev sung by up-and-coming Israeli singer Akiva Turgeman...
I posted a video of him singing before here:

What a great nation we have!!
This was a group of Yeshiva boys singing Vehi Sheamda in Jerusalem for our IDF brothers at war during Operation Tzuk Eitan in 2014.
What other Nation does this for their soldiers?

Meet Israeli musician and IDF disabled veteran, Ron Weinreich
Ron was paralyzed from the waist down in the 2nd Lebanon war where he served as a tank commander. He was also educated at IDC in Herzlia.
Not only is he a great singer and a hero to the entire Jewish Nation, he is also one who greatly respects former Israeli Prime Minister, Bibi Netanyahu. After reading his post about Bibi, I saw what a man of integrity he is, purely from his words alone. You can see the post he made here on his Musician page (if you don't understand Hebrew then you will need to translate it) - I included the pic of him meeting Bibi Netanyahu.
A few years ago he was invited to an AIPAC conference in the US where he sang an incredible version of HaTikva which you can hear here.
In this particular video here he is singing one of my favourite Jewish songs, one which we actually sing on Pesach (Passover) but I couldn't wait.
It is called Vehi Sheamda.
Kol HaKavod for being so great Ron

The official helmet-cam & aerial footage of the moment of the arrest of escaped terrorists, Iham Kamamji and Munadil Nafiyat, last night in the hostile Arab city of Jenin.
I will add that this operation was well pulled off because Colonel Yaniv Alalouf ordered a fake operation to take place in one part of Jenin whereby we ammassed a lot of IDF troops in one location in ordet to distract from a covert operation that was taking place simultaneously to capture these terrorists and it worked. So all of their young fighters flocked to the location where a lot of IDF troops were but little did they know that it was a decoy!
To see more about the arrest go here:

Kol HaKavod to the Israeli GSS who captured them and to Colonel Yaniv Alalouf for ordering this decoy!
