This week is the memorial for the 7 child victims of the Island of Peace Massacre which was a mass murder attack that occurred at the Island of Peace site in Naharayim on March 13, 1997.
A Jordanian soldier opened fire at a large group of Israeli schoolgirls, from the AMIT Fuerst School of Beit Shemesh, who were on a class field trip.
He killed seven of them and injured six others.

The kids there wanted to show how happy they are that their country will open an embassy in Jerusalem.
