They called them the "Palestine Civil Defense, Search & Rescue" but I will be honest, I don't believe this unit has the experience required for such an operation as they literally ever had to deal with such things and are not trained for it in the least. They may end up causing more harm than good.

The IDF medical delegation began providing medical care at a local hospital in the city of Kahramanmaraş in Turkey today.

The delegation assisted in the reopening of a local hospital after it was abandoned during the earthquake, and will now provide medical treatment to victims in the area.

Utilizing medical equipment and devices that were sent from Israel, members of the delegation used the hospital’s emergency medical department and intensive care and operating rooms.

The medical teams that operate in the hospital consist of approximately 140 doctors and nurses, a pharmacist, an X-ray technician, a laboratory technician, paramedics and medical logistics personnel.
