There was a terrorist attack moments ago in Halhul where IDF forces have been operating for 2 days since a terrorist shot at a civilian bus 2 days ago.
The terrorist shot at IDF forces but missed and the terrorist was shot dead by the forces that he shot at. The terrorist was a 48 year old ex-Palestinian Authority policeman.
The IDF believe he was the same terrorist who shot at the civilian bus 2 days ago.

The piece of cow dung in the first pic is named Maher Younis and 40 years ago he murdered IDF soldier Avraham Bromberg z"l (in the 2nd pic) who was 24 at the time. Maher has completed his prison sentence after 40 years and will be returning home this week.
Maher was given a life sentence but in 2012 Shimon Peres lowered it to 40 years.
National Security Minister, Itamar Ben Gvir, met with the chief of police and made sure that the police will prevent any planned celebrations for when the terrorist comes home. Large amounts of police forces have been dispatched all over the area he lives to make sure that nobody celebrates his return.
It is common practice of the Arabs that whenever a terrorist is released from prison, everyone from his village goes out to celebrate. I watch endless videos of this type of thing happening on a weekly basis when terrorists complete their prison terms.
