Last week Monday, a religious Jew from a Yeshiva was walking near Jaffa Street in Jerusalem when 2 Arabs walked in front of him, one struck him in the shoulder and as he turned around he got punched in the head by the other one and collapsed.

He suffers from pain in his head with fear of a concussion.
