So funny, an IDF combat soldier was being filmed from across the street at Tapuach Junction, so decided to start singing a famous Israeli kids song for the camera called "Eretz Yisrael Sheli" (My Land of Israel).
"My Land of Israel is beautiful and also flourishing. Who built it and who planted it? All of us together! I built a house in the Land of Israel, so we have land and we have a house in the Land of Israel."

Girls from Samaria went to give the IDF combat soldiers on duty in the area some hot soup to keep themselves warm on the very cold night. They did this kind act in the memory of and to uplift the soul of Tamir Avichai who was murdered in the the terrorist attack in Ariel recently.

Last night in Beit Ummar there was a very complex IDF rescue operation that took place after 2 IDF jeeps got stuck as a result of a technical issue while on a routine patrol.
A violent riot was instigated in the area by dozens of rioters, who hurled rocks and improvised explosive devices at the soldiers. The terrorists also shot at the soldiers, who responded with riot dispersal means and live fire. 3 terrorists were killed and many injured. 2 of the dead terrorists were brothers.
The IDF vehicles and soldiers were successfully evacuated. No IDF soldiers be injured.
