IDF special forces went on an operation last might to arrest a wanted terrorist in Shchem (Nablus).

When they entered, explosives were thrown at them and there was an exchange of fire. The mission was successful with no injuries to our forces but injuries to theirs.

As you can see the Israeli Bedouin Arabs in the south are not afraid of the police as most of the time the police are too afraid to enter their villages and so nothing much gets done about them.

This needs to stop!

21 famous Israeli artists sang the song "Ein li eretz acheret" (I have no other country) together. The music was composed by Corinne Allal, the lyrics written by Ehud Manor and originally sung by Gali Atari in the 1980s.

The translations are not very good by whoever did it but you get the point of what is being sung.

Enjoy!

Mista'arvim, undercover police forces who pretend to be Arabs, arrested a wanted terrorist moments ago in Kfar HaShiloach (Silwan), East Jerusalem.

He was then handed over to the regular uniformed Magav officers.

Ever wondered what Kabbalah is and how it came to be a part of Judaism? Chabad Rabbi Dr. Laibl Wolf explains it in as basic a way as it can possibly be explained. Continue reading more below....
When Hashem taught Moshe the Torah at Mount Sinai, He didn't just give Moshe a written text. Rather, Hashem explained what everything meant. These explanations are what we call "the Oral Torah" or "the Mishna."

The Jewish people preserved the Mishna as an unwritten teaching for about 1,400 years. After the destruction of the Second Temple, the leading Sage Rabbi Yehuda Hanassi realized a long exile was about to begin, and that if the Mishna wasn't written down it would become lost. He thus took the unprecedented step of writing it down.

Not long after this, the leading Sages in Babylon again saw a decline in scholarship, so they wrote a more comprehensive explanation of the Mishna, called the Talmud.

Kabbalah is also part of the Oral law. It is the traditional mystical understanding of the Torah. Kabbalah stresses the reasons and understanding of the commandments, and the cause of events described in the Torah. Kabbalah includes the understanding of the spiritual spheres in creation, and the rules and ways by which Hashem administers the existence of the universe.

On Friday I posted that about 40,000 Jews were expected to be in Hebron for the annual Chayei Sara Shabbaton, well it turns out that 50,000 arrived and it was the biggest it has ever been.

(Don't worry the photograph was taken by a non-Jewish Magav officer on duty.)

Amazing moment as Jews in Jerusalem sang "Lecha Dodi" which is part of the Kabbalat Shabbat service to welcome in the Shabbat.

Note that the video is from 4 years ago which I have never seen until now. Also don't worry, the video was filmed by a Druze Magav officer, not a Jew.

On Friday night Arabs threw a rock, apparently from a passing vehicle, at an Israeli vehicle near Mount Hebron. The driver was hit in the head but did not lose control of the vehicle.

He was evacuated in a minor condition.

This is attempted murder.

Today is Israeli elections. This is a song for Rosh Hashana and even though thats past, I feel we need to put our positive energy into this important election by celebrating it like a chance to renew and set our future right like we do on Rosh Hashana. Weโ€ฆ

The other day I posted this song in the thread included above during Israeli elections, the song is about Rosh Hashanah, but forgot to mention that this video here is where the Israeli artist got the backing vocals for the song from.

He took the singing from this amazing moment and made an official song out of it.

The video is from 8 years ago.

The latest documentary, by my friend Pierre Rehov (follow him here), called โ€œLies and Tearsโ€ which examines the death in May 2022 of Al Jazeera journalist Shireen Abu Akleh.

The Israeli army was automatically blamed before any investigation was even conducted. The elements Rehov uncovered are disturbing, to say the least, and suggest a completely different conclusion.

My friend Daniel Seaman was interviewed in the documentary.

If you would like to help Pierre continue to release new incredible documentaries, you can find a link on this site:https://liesandtears.com/

How the Universe began, from a Jewish perspective.

Rabbi Manis Friedman explores how it all began with Hashem's command. Science is just another great tool to find the truth of things but it can only trace back so far as it is limited, however the Torah reaches much furtherโ€”deep into the core of Creation.
