This is what almost every good Persian Jew has prepared and ready for Shabbat dinner. (my wife is Persian)
One is called Shai (in Farsi) or Rashad in Hebrew. It is spicy and very healthy, full of iron and we eat tons of it with the meal.
The other is cousbara (coriander) for the salad.
It's laid out on the table to dry out after first washing it to remove any bugs for Kashrut purposes.
Persians eat very healthy food.

Thousands of Jews are in Hebron today to spend the Shabbat there for the annual Parashat Chayei Sara gathering.
Unfortunately none of it can be filmed on Shabbat and so the only way to get any idea of how amazing the experience is, is to go there yourself and experience it.

This Shabbat in Hebron, tens of thousands of Jews were there for the annual Chayei Sara Shabbaton and Arabs from the Arab part of Hebron came to cause trouble with Jews nearby. They started throwing objects at them and so the Jews responded by fighting back.
The IDF and Magav arrested most of the Arabs who were causing the problems and attacking. Many of the terrorists were injured also. Imagine if Jews attacked Arabs on Ramadan during events they have, the world would go nuts over it.
This is daylight anti-semitism!

More from Arabs in Hebron causing trouble with Jews there. They are deliberately shouting on a megaphone to be as loud as possible and to try scare them and make their Shabbat not enjoyable.

IDF special forces went on an operation last might to arrest a wanted terrorist in Shchem (Nablus).
When they entered, explosives were thrown at them and there was an exchange of fire. The mission was successful with no injuries to our forces but injuries to theirs.
