A pic and video from last night of the hundreds of people, mainly religious, who entered the Knesset building to count the double envelope votes. They count all night and still this morning. Final results should be this evening or late afternoon. Currently…
Double Envelope votes are people like IDF soldiers on duty who cannot leave their posts whether on land or sea, people on rigs out at sea and various other jobs that the person cannot leave to go vote. The person voting puts their vote into a regular election envelope and then they take another envelope and write their name on it with ID number, then they put the envelope with the vote in it into the other envelope and seal it. This way they know that they already voted and so cannot vote twice. The guys in the video then take out the envelope from the one that has their name on it and write the name and ID down and then they put the anonymous envelope into a pile that is mixed up and so nobody knows who voted for what.

Last night in the town of Beit Duku, northwest of Jerusalem, a terrorist was killed after they were attacking IDF forces in the area.

Some footage from the IDF, Shabak and Magav operation last night in which they went to Beit Duku to the home of the terrorist who carried out the attack at the terrorist attack yesterday in Beit Horon. In addition 14 wanted terrorists were arrested throughout Judea and Samaria.

Last night, Magav undercover agents prevented an attempted infiltration of four suspects into an IDF base in the south. These guys try to steal weapons from IDF bases and often they succeed. They belong to crime syndicates and use the weapons for criminal activity as well as to sell. Often times those weapons get sold to terrorist groups in Judea & Samaria.
Security forces arrived at the point, started chasing them and arrested them. They are all residents of a Bedouin town in the south.

There was a terrorist attack now in the old city of Jerusalem. 2 police officers were stabbed, one slightly injured and another moderately injured.
The terrorist was shot dead.There was a terrorist attack now in the old city of Jerusalem. 2 police officers were injured, one slightly and another moderately. The terrorist stabbed one policeman and the other was shot in the leg by mistake when other police officers shot at the terrorist.

Good news...
Ofer Ohana, the medic who was shot by a terrorist after he came to help a mortally injured man that the same terrorist shot earlier, is out of intensive care. The mortally injured man was Ronen Hanania.
In the video you see someone explaining what an amazing guy Ofer is and how he helped the IDF combat soldiers daily by giving them food, drinks and just good old TLC. Refuah Shleima to Ofer.

Some Shabak stats I compiled of the past 9 months since January 2022 regarding terrorist attacks. I bet you most people on the planet don't know this is the norm in amount of terror attacks in Israel every year.

1781 terror attacks (excluding rocket attacks for now) took place since January 2022 and also excluding October as those stats are not available yet from the Shabak.
The average for 9 months is 197 attacks per month which is 6 per day. The average is higher when including the full 12 months of the year. These averages don't even include rocket attacks.
Important to note that there are way more than 6 non-rocket attacks per day on many days, so the average only makes it look less than what is in reality. Some days recently there were 20 per day and others there are 10 per day. Then you have some days where it's down to 6 or less, so it fluctuates depending on the day of the week and also on what events are taking place in the Jewish or Muslim world. So in Ramadan it's much higher and on Jewish festivals its also higher.
Then in August alone we had 1233 rockets in addition to the other types of attacks.
So that totals 3014 terror attacks since January 2022.
January 2022: 141 attacks
February 2022: 187 attacks
March 2022: 190 attacks
April 2022: 268 attacks
May 2022: 208 attacks
June 2022: 189 attacks
July 2022: 135 attacks
August 2022: 209 attacks
September 2022: 254 attacks
Another point to note that is that these attacks occur regardless of who the Prime Minister was or is. The only difference is how each PM deals with them and how confident the terrorists feel under different PMs.

The IDF are on an operation now in Jenin and terrorists fired shots at them. So far 2 terrorists are dead. One was a senior commander of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
