However under the current government this soldier knows that if he shoots them, which in any other country he would, he will be court martialled and removed of his rank and possibly kicked out of the military. This is how pathetic our government are and how they endanger the lives of our soldiers.

Believe me this soldier is not afraid of them and not afraid to shoot to kill if he has to. He is afraid of the system that will crucify him if he does.
