Oh thank God!!!

Today 2 Jewish women and 2 children mistakely took a wrong turn and drove into Shchem (Nablus). They were taken by the terrorist factions there, as you see in the first picture one of the terrorists has an assault rifle but after Israeli authorities spoke with the Palestinian Authority, they were handed over to the PA and have been transferred back to Israel.

Whoever thinks they understand the complexities of this region and thinks they understand how the PA and terrorist orgs operate, you know little. If they operated the way you assume then they would either be dead or held hostage to be used for trading. Clearly you don't see the bigger picture of the power that Israel has over the PA in order to prevent them from doing this as well as the power the PA has over the terrorist groups there. Things are not as black and white as some of you make it out to be. This wasnt a good will gesture of the terrorists handing them to the PA, don't be fooled.

The fast of Yom Kippur was amazing as usual, so uplifting I could have gone for another hour and then straight after breaking the fast I put up our sukkah. It's a custom we have to put it up immediately after breaking the fast of Yom Kippur but no need to complete it in the same night.

This morning at 8am in the baking sun I was washing our 29 palm branches to use for the top of the sukkah (schach).

I love this festival.

This was the scene last night in Tel Aviv on Yom Kippur and the end of it as over 2000 Jews (many secular) joined the public Yom Kippur service that was held for the 3rd year in a row. The crowd gets bigger every year which proves that more and more secular people are coming back to what is natural and that is that we always naturally sense and seek a higher power. More and more secular people are realising that the secular life, while fun, is very empty and mostly meaningless, it serves no real purpose. I went through that slow transition myself, so I get it and I too was in denial before.

May many more Jews come back to being Jews sooner than later.

All day and still going on right now at the Shchem Gate in Jerusalem, Arabs have been rioting and so Magav police have been dispatched to deal with the situation.
