‘The prosecutor wanted to address how many views, likes and shares the videos received.
The defense argues that’s not relevant the judge agrees. The judge will not allow anymore witnesses to be heard. He seems to agree there is sufficient evidence.

The prosecutor and defense has 60 minutes to draft their final pleas’.

‘All three of Prof. Bhakdi's lawyers spoke as part of the final argument to the court.

Martin Schwab spoke about Sucharit's conviction in the media before the hearing, and then he spoke about the two charges.

Regarding the interview with Kai Stuht, Schwab stated that Sucharit did not insult Israeli people according to a specific German law.
He provided more context to Sucharit's statements in the interview stating that the Israeli people were the first to be injected under the emergency authorization.

Schwab reiterated Sucharit was not insulting the Israeli people but expressing concern and worry for them.
He said the interpretation of Sucharit's words was completely wrong. Schwab asked for no penalty’.

BREAKING: I can confirm Prosecutor Füssinger filed an appeal against the not guilty verdict in the Prof. Bhakdi case

There are 2 types of appeals that can be applied in this case.

Following a verdict, the dissatisfied party may file an appeal to either enforce another court hearing in which the discovery of evidence is repeated, this kind of appeal is called “Berufung” in German OR the dissatisfied party may file an appeal to determine if the law was properly applied, this kind of appeal is called “Revision” in German. Regarding the latter, the facts on which the judgment is based are not called into question.

At this time, there is no written judgment in the Prof. Bhakdi case, and as long as there is no written judgment, the party who files an appeal may only decide which type of appeal to pursue until the written judgment is available to both the prosecution and defense. Prosecutor Füssinger has filed an appeal and will decide which appeal to pursue based on the written judgment.

“ Judge Grundmann found Prof. Bhakdi not guilty on both counts. Within seconds, the crowd of supporters outside the courthouse was heard cheering and applauding the decision.
The judge explained that Prof. Bhakdi is not liable for either charge and did not do what he was accused of. The judge referenced the importance of free speech and freedom of expression. He stated that Prof. Bhakdi advocated for peace and unity and expressed himself in a manner that allowed for open discussion. Prof. Bhakdi sought to create an atmosphere in which people can have open dialogue and embrace one another.
The hearing was now closed.”

In Memoriam Arne Burkhardt

On May 30, 2023, Prof. Dr. Arne Burkhardt passed away.

Arne was an accomplished pathologist, who in 2021 came out of his well-earned retirement in order to investigate the injury and death caused by the gene-based COVID vaccines.

Arne's tireless and expert work provided clear proof of vaccine-induced inflammation in blood vessels and in all major organs. Shortly before his death, Arne had presented his findings at the European Parliament in Brussels.

Arne was a regular attendee at the weekly meetings of the Doctors for COVID Ethics. In this video, several participants speak about Arne's life and career. The memorial begins with a eulogy from Arne's close friend and colleague, Prof. Sucharit Bhakdi.

The Doctors for COVID Ethics are deeply grateful to Arne for his work, his guidance, and his kindness.
