American Express has partnered with Nova credit to allow people with a credit history outside of the U.S. to help get access to an American Express card

This program is called Credit Passport Nova and will help people with credit histories in United Kingdom, India, Mexico, Canada, and Australia.

Previously American Express offered the global card transfer program, but that is only helpful for people with American Express credit cards in other countries whereas this new program will look to see if they have any credit history in one of those countries.
