Bir odam o’zining kanalida o’zbek dasturchilar haqida fikr bildiribdi. Uning fikrlariga ko’ra:
- O’zbek dasturchilar katta ishlar qilolmas ekan
- 7/24 ishi bilan mashg’ul bo’lmagan odam muvaffaqiyatsiz ekan
Birinchi fikrga: o’zbek segmentidek dasturlashda tez rivojlangan mamlakat ko’rganmikin post egasi? Taxminan 10 yil oldin dasturchi deyilsa kam uchraydigan juda noyob odam tushunilar edi, hozir esa sohada raqobat shunchalik kuchliki ish topish juda qiyin. Undan keyin qanchadan qancha muvaffaqiyatli proyektlar ham xususiy sektorda ham davlat sektorida foydalanuvchilar hizmatida, shularning hammasini ozbek dasturchilari yozgan. Qanchadan qancha o’zbek dasturchilari esa xalqaro kompaniylarda offline yoki online formatda ishlab kelishmoqda va ishlarida juda muvaffaqiyatli, shaxsan ozim ko’pini taniyman. Xop, o’zbek dasturchilari katta ishlar qilolmas ekan, muallif o'zining proyektlarini kimlarga ishonib topshirar ekan, hindlarga mi inglizlarga mi?
Ikkinchi fikrga kelsak, 7/24 bir narsaning ustida ishlash yoki o’ylash odamning psihologik jihatdan nosog’lom ekanini bildiradi (Istalgan psihologning qabuliga yozilib ko’rikdan o’tib korishi mumkin, huddi shu fikrni aytishiga judayam ishonchim komil). Dasturchilik kasbi bu “bazilar” o’ylagandek “yer chopish”ga o’xshamaydi, u ijodiy faoliyat bilan bog’liq bo’lgan kasb hisoblanadi, yani, odamning FIK(foydali ish koeffisient)i uning ish soatlariga emas balki ruhiy holatiga bogliq bo’ladi va nosog’lom muhitda bu koeffisient katta shkalada o’ynab turadi. Shu sababdan ham chet el kompaniyalari dasturchining FIKini yillik korsatkichlarda analiz qilishadi. Qolaversa, o’zi yaxshi tushunmagan sohadagi mutaxassislarning katta qismini muvaffaqiyatsiz deyish jur’atini qayerdan olganiga hayronman. Bu mening fikrimcha eng kamida farosatsizlik.
Muallifning bildirgan haqorotomuz fiklari uchun bu soha vakillaridan uzr sorayman (Bunga muallifning farosati yaqin orada yetib qoladi deb o’ylamayman). O’zingizga olmang. Matematik xalqimiz aytganidek “X hurar, Y o’tar, Z esa ishiga davom etar”.
Maslahatim:
- Doim o’zbek dasturchiligingizdan faxrlaning
- Doim oilangizni va shaxsiy hayotingizni har narsadan ustun qoyib masrur hayot kechiring. Bu dunyo va uning ziynatlari o’tkinchi.

Ancha vaqtlardan beri jamoa yig‘ish niyatida yurgan edim. 2024-yilgi katta qadamlarimdan biri sifatida o‘zimga maqsad qildim! Jamoa bilan yangi katta marralarga erishishni niyat qilyapman!
Katta marralar ko‘pchilik bilan erishiladi! Jamoada boshqacha ajoyib muhitni shakllantiramiz.
Ma’lum bir sanalarda jamoa bilan yig‘ilib ajoyib muloqotlar, turli xil loyihalar , va ishimizdagi olgan tajribalarimizni bir birimizga ulashamiz!
