this is something I honestly never thought of sharing, not even w my family, close friends and partner, but life is getting to a point where I can't take it anymore so whatever
my relationship, politics, the never ending path into getting a dignosis, the feeling that I have people with me and no one at the same time, I don't know how to connect with people, my gender, my body, crying for everything, every little mistake I make
I'm trying to complain less, to get angry less, to feel less, don't overreact, but I just can't

when things get this bad, I usually always call the same someone, but they never pick the phone anyways (0 blame, I wouldn't take it neither), the sound of the phone calling is enough for me, it's conforting (in a way..)

I know I'm the only one who can take me from this, and that's the worst part
I feel like I'm actively trying to be depressed, I lie to myself saying that I'm trying but I'm not
