Quick update for @GetPublicLink_Robot

- Download page design changed a bit
- Add ‘hCaptcha’ verification to prevent bot attacks

Some people reported issues with @GetPublicLink_Robot that they were not able to see the download button after solving the capcha
We have fixed a push and the problem should no longer be there.
