Regarding the MIUI ROM being worked on,
progress may take slower due to other things happening to us devs, so it's better to try out other ROMs and other MIUI ROMs people are working on while we try our best to give the most accurate MIUI ROM.

On the other part on Holo for 5.1.1, it will be on hold for a moment since I will be focusing on Projectwiz 0.3 (Pre-alpha ➡️ Alpha) because of a revising alot to give out an even accurate UI and heavy modifications.

Holo for 5.1.1 would be released after another version of Projectwiz.

32-bit ARM support is actively being phased out, with smartphone cores (ARMv9) dropping 32-bit compatibility completely starting in 2023. Major app stores, including Android, Microsoft, and Linux distributions, have mostly discontinued or are actively dropping support for 32-bit binaries. However, legacy hardware and embedded systems will rely on 32-bit architecture for years to come.

What to expect in the next Alpha stage of TouchWiz/Projectwiz ROM :

1. Full UI Overhaul
2. TouchWiz 5 Launcher (SGS3)
3. Samsung IME Keyboard
4. Apps Expansion
5. Most Apps will be integrated with the system root part meaning they will literally stay especially performing a factory reset.
6. Samsung media such as ringtone or wallpapers will be integrated with the ROM.
7. Can be imported with Custom ROM or Backup ROM
8. Very buggy since it's currently in a heavy development state
9. Boot-up sequences will trigger randomly
10. Bootloops or deadlock sometimes so you'll have to do an original repair. (Absolutely do NOT do an official repair, otherwise the ROM would revert all the modified system files!)
11. Really long boot-up sequence and app "optimization"

What to expect in Holo for 5.1.1 soon

1. Holo themed (Duh)
2. Some more UI language Overhaul
3. Some things on Android 5 Beta
4. Light themed
5. Not to replicate Android 4.x.x
6. Only made in armeabi-v7a (32 Bit)
7. An Android 7.1.2 version as well (after this)
8. Different Codename (although it'll still be considered as L/Lolipop)
