Tonight was the last time the cows were milked. After 90 years, the plug has been pulled from the organic dairy branch. We could not and were no longer allowed to continue because we were 1 of the peak taxors in Friesland. After fighting it for 3 years.
Today was the last day. We were completely locked down with the company. And there was no future. In June, the farm including a new 4-year-old barn will be demolished to ensure that no more cattle are kept. 😪
