About 8 years ago on GitHub, a developer launched a joke coin with no specifications and no central authority. It was meant as a funny experiment, possibly the first truly leaderless coin after Bitcoin, assuming Satoshi is dead and no one has any authority over it. So if Satoshi is alive, this is the first ever currency without a leader or central authority.
