We are pleased to announce that our CEO Adam Todd will be doing a live AMA on Tuesday at 11am EST. In this video he will recap the Malta Blockchain Summit and answer any questions you may have.

However there has been a lot of coordinated FUD in our telegram group in recent days suggesting that the team is offloading tokens and we would like to set the record straight immediately:

1. It has been claimed that the second highest holder of DGTX(below) is a team account.

We can categorically state that the above claim is completely fabricated and false. This wallet belongs to Mercatox.

Around 50 days ago a Mercatox hot wallet was compromised and a huge number of tokens were moved into another wallet for safe keeping. The first ever transaction to this account involving DGTX was 50million DGTX sent from the Mercatox hot wallet below:

Nobody, team or otherwise, would be able to withdraw such a huge amount of funds from Mercatox when the daily withdrawal limit for fully verified users is 5BTC per day. Every Ethereum based token listed on Mercatox was moved into this wallet not just DGTX.

Mercatox have confirmed to us that this wallet belongs to them.

3. Team tokens remain in a vesting schedule. The vesting contract (https://github.com/smartdec/dgtx-vesting) which was written and audited by SmartDec shortly after the ICO states

‘On July 15 2018 25% of tokens locked in the contract become available. Further, after every quarter of the year the contract unlocks 6.25% of the tokens it is holding.’

On October 15th another 6.25million tokens were unlocked and distributed to the team on October 28th.

6.25million will continue to be released every quarter as per the vesting schedule.
