Day 052 of Self-Improvement

✅ Solved 1 LeetCode problem today: Best Time to Buy and Sell Stock.
✅ Also learned about JavaScript events. ( They’re basically what give websites life like responding when something is clicked or triggered in the browser.)

👉 One thing i learned about Solving question in DSA is there is some thing called

"The Illusion of Mastery and Passive Learning "

Many learners fall into the trap of "passive learning," where they read a solution and feel they understand it because the logic is clear. This creates an "illusion of mastery" that evaporates when they face a blank code editor.

Real growth occurs during the "struggle"—the period of uncertainty where the brain is forced to retrieve information and build new neural pathways to link concepts.

Very Imp Point regarding DSA problem solving :

Solve easy level questions first. Solving those questions will give you confidence.

Please solve Hackerrank problems first. Then go to leetcode. This is my suggestion 🙄

Day 053 of self - improvement

Practiced JavaScript events and DOM manipulation today.
Also did a bit of practice on form validation in JS.

Went to church, read a book, and only used my phone for about 2 hours : mostly for reading articles and basic survival stuff.
It’s honestly really challenging to stay away from the phone, but it felt like a good step.

Anyways… the grind continues as always. 💪

Everyone you see here at AAU, if you get close to them and ask what they do, you’ll be surprised. They work on different things, things you may not even know exist. I know one guy who is working on modeling and make good contracts, another guy who is making insane money from brokering, another from trading, and another girl from consulting and marketing, running different clubs, firms, freelancing..., you count. Everyone is a hustler here, and that is really amazing. I thank God for joining this campus.

Something I notice almost every day and even somewhat works for me👌🏽

You have no idea what most other people around you are working on. At the same time, many students don’t even try to explore ways to make money or at least survive university life better.

My honest advice: go out there and try different things. There are a lotttttt of opportunities that don’t even require much time or resources. If you ask, explore, and experiment, you can find side hustles that actually work.

Please don’t just sit and wait. Try something.

Day 054 of self-improvement

Tried something cool today with AI and also studied + practiced JavaScript events hands-on.
Next week will be focused on building mini JS projects. I’ll post the progress after each one. 💪
The grind continues : even when it feels like there are no results yet.

Day 055 of self - improvement

Today I didn’t have much time because of busy family schedules and some side-hustle work. So instead of coding,( I think It will take much hours ) I spent some time researching and reading about AI.
It was actually worth it and pretty useful.

I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who is obsessed with entrepreneurship and business.

Here is it

Surround yourself with people who make you believe in a bigger version of yourself, not force you to adopt a smaller version of yourself to accommodate their smaller version of themselves.

Productivity hack ⚡

Instead of spending tine getting in the mood to work , just start working Working. Confront the work people think they need perfect conditions to start when in reality starting is the perfect condition  . 

Ask yourself how much work i do per unit of time

You don’t have children depending on you.
You don’t have big assets to lose.

And honestly, most people aren’t expecting much from you yet.

So why are you afraid to start?

This is your golden age. Use it. Don’t waste it.
Start now and thank yourself later.
Even if things don’t work out perfectly, you lose nothing.
At least you gain experience, lessons, and stories : which is far better than wasting your time on meaningless things.

Day 056 of Self-Improvement 🚀

Cool day today.
I skipped my classes and decided to fully focus on studying JavaScript instead. Started at 8:00 AM and studied until 1:00 PM.
In between, I had a meeting where I explained my code to mentors to practice interview-style thinking for the future.

Today I covered the main concepts of Asynchronous JavaScript and solved a few exercises to make sure I understood it.
