π Day 5 of my Dev Journey
Today I tackled the βCβ in CSS β Cascade, explored different selectors, and finally understood specificity and how to solve style conflicts. Feels like a superpower now πͺ
π‘ Lesson of the Day:
Donβt just focus on how to code (syntax).
Always remember why youβre coding β to build, solve problems, and create real things.
Choose resources that guide you beyond the syntax β towards thinking, doing, and creating.
Letβs keep going.

Yesterday I Spent 1 full hour ...
Not debugging code,
Not fixing layout issues,
Not installing some crazy library...
But trying to type a hashtag # on Ubuntu ππ
Lesson of the day:
So yeah... the mighty # key humbled me.
In the end?
I just copy-pasted it from Google like a legend π

π§ Day 6 π of My Dev Journey
Today was all about getting comfortable with the real dev environment:
π» Practiced the basics of the command line using Ubuntu (VirtualBox)
βοΈ Explored the HTML boilerplate
π Set up GitHub repositories and linked them using Git
Iβm doing this not just to write code, but to learn how pro developers actually work β using real tools, real workflows. Every day is a step forward πͺ

Surprising developers with GPT-5
Five developersβSimon Willison, Claire Vo, Theo Browne, Shawn Wang, and Ben Hylakβare invited to OpenAI, not knowing who else is coming or why. Before GPT-5βs public release, they get full creative freedom to push its coding skills, design sense, and personalityβ¦
Day 7 π of My Journey π
Today wasnβt heavy on coding,
But the real shocker? π€― OpenAI just dropped GPT-5 a couple of days ago, and itβs insanely powerful. Honestly, itβs one of those moments that makes you think, βIs AI about to take over my job?β
Still, instead of panicking, Iβm going to adapt. Iβve decided to dedicate 10 minutes every day to learning AI (starting in two weeks) β while continuing my web dev journey and soon diving into DSA.
The way I see it: if you canβt beat AI, learn to work with it.

Day 9 π
Dove into Chrome DevTools today β inspecting & debugging HTML/CSS ππ»
Not random learning, but following my Web Dev roadmap step-by-step π
Iβve also completed 50% of the Intro in my Frontend Fundamentals course π
Thereβs still a long way to go, but this milestone reminds me Iβm here to stay β no quitting this journey.
Lesson of the Day: Small wins matter. Keep stacking them, and success will follow. πͺ

Day 10 π ( August 14)
Today I dove into the CSS box model, a fundamental concept that helps understand how elements are sized and spaced on a page. I also practiced using developer tools to inspect and manipulate these boxes in real-time.
Today I tried to focus on many things at once, but ended up getting distracted.
Lesson learned: focus on one thing at a timeβyou canβt burn the candle at both ends π.
Consistency and Focus beats multitasking.
Stay Focused consistent!

Day 11 π
Today I wrapped up yesterdayβs lesson on the CSS Box Model β honestly one of the most interesting topics so far. π₯
Why? Because with DevTools, you can see changes happen in real time. Thatβs a game-changer for learning!
Next up: Block vs Inline elements + Flexbox.
Weekend plan = grind hard, Code more and no excuse πͺ (God willing π).

Day 13π
π Not a long coding day today β instead I explored some cool tools for DSA π οΈ, refreshed my Python basics π (from my uni pre-engineering days), and spent the holiday π with my lovely friends at church βͺοΈ β praying, enjoying, and recharging β¨.
Right now Iβm starting my study with a cup of tea π΅, embracing the night vibe π β even with no electricity π₯ (thanks to ELPA β‘).

Day 14π
Today was about practice ππ». I worked on some of my GitHub repos and revisited CSS basics β block vs inline, the box model, and selectors π¨.
I know it but What I learned really really amazing guys :
In coding, just reading docs or watching a 6-hour crash course wonβt save you π . Once you get the basic syntax, you need to exercise and play with it β just like Mathematics .
This is What I realized today:
not everyone is meant to grow with you . Thatβs okay. Just move different, protect your energy, and let your results speak louder than words π.

Day 15 π
Today was about flexing π β I covered an introduction to Flexbox π§©.
One thing I noticed: I tend to stay way more productive on Saturdays π€. I donβt even know why it feels different from weekdays, even during this summer when I donβt have classes. Maybe weekends just bring a different vibe π.
