Today I dove into CSS basics — selectors, syntax & the intro concepts.
Also practiced by pushing my very first simple HTML page to GitHub!
I'm not totally new to coding (did some HTML & Python at uni), but this hands-on learning hits different 😤

🚀 Day 3 of my dev journey!

Today I explored how to add basic styles to HTML using CSS — including how to work with class and ID attributes, and got an intro to how colors work on the web (like RGB 🎨).
But honestly, the day didn’t go as planned — it was a bit busy and tiring. Still, I reminded myself:

👉 Consistency beats perfection.
That doesn’t mean being lazy 😅 — just showing up matters.
I’ll tackle my assignments (above in the photo ) tomorrow morning when I’m more refreshed.

🛌 Day 4 – Just a Quick Note
Today is August 3, Day 4 of my dev journey.

But I won’t post my full progress today because it’s Sunday and I spent most of the day sleeping and helping my family.

I just woke up around 10:30 PM, had dinner, and now I’m starting to code.
I’ll share what I get done after 6 or 7 hours 😅

Some days are slow, but what matters is to keep going! 💪💻

🚀 Day 5 of my Dev Journey
Today I tackled the “C” in CSS – Cascade, explored different selectors, and finally understood specificity and how to solve style conflicts. Feels like a superpower now 💪
💡 Lesson of the Day:
Don’t just focus on how to code (syntax).
Always remember why you’re coding — to build, solve problems, and create real things.
Choose resources that guide you beyond the syntax — towards thinking, doing, and creating.

Yesterday I Spent 1 full hour ...
Not debugging code,
Not fixing layout issues,
Not installing some crazy library...
But trying to type a hashtag # on Ubuntu 😭💀
Lesson of the day:

Sometimes the real bugs live outside the code 😂

So yeah... the mighty # key humbled me.

Today was all about getting comfortable with the real dev environment:
💻 Practiced the basics of the command line using Ubuntu (VirtualBox)
⚙️ Explored the HTML boilerplate
🔗 Set up GitHub repositories and linked them using Git

I’m doing this not just to write code, but to learn how pro developers actually work — using real tools, real workflows. Every day is a step forward 💪
