This is the part they don’t teach you in school.
In 1910, the Rockefeller Foundation funded the Flexner Report. The stated goal was to “reform” medical education in America. The real goal was to eliminate all competition.
Before 1910, American medicine included homeopathy, naturopathy, chiropractic, herbal medicine, and electrotherapy. Doctors were using frequency devices, light therapy, and energy-based treatments. And it was working.
The Flexner Report declared all of it “unscientific.” Within a decade, over half of all medical schools in America were shut down. Only schools that taught pharmaceutical-based medicine received funding. Every other approach was labeled quackery.
Who benefited? Rockefeller had just acquired massive stakes in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. He needed doctors to prescribe chemicals, not use frequencies that cost nothing.
By 1925, the transformation was complete. American medicine became a drug-delivery system. The AMA became the enforcement arm. Any doctor who practiced energy medicine lost their license.

Pay attention to the timeline.
In 1911, Crisco was introduced as the first commercially produced seed oil. Before that, humans cooked with butter, lard, and tallow for 10,000 years. Heart disease was so rare that the first recorded case of myocardial infarction wasn’t published until 1912.
By 1950, seed oils were in everything. By 1960, heart disease was the number one killer in America. It still is.
They told you saturated fat was the problem. They told you vegetable oil was the solution. The exact opposite was true. And they knew it.
In 1967, the Sugar Research Foundation paid three Harvard scientists $50,000 to publish a study blaming fat for heart disease and exonerating sugar. The scientists were named. The payments were documented. It was published in the New England Journal of Medicine. This was exposed in 2016 by UCSF researchers who found the original funding documents.
The entire “fat is bad” narrative that shaped 60 years of nutrition policy was a paid lie.
Meanwhile, seed oils — soybean, canola, corn, sunflower — cause chronic inflammation at the cellular level. They oxidize inside your body. They destroy mitochondrial function. They make your cells unable to produce energy efficiently.
A cell that can’t produce energy can’t heal. Can’t regenerate. Can’t fight disease.
