๐ป A MILITARY LOGISTICS OFFICER JUST LEAKED THE DEPLOYMENT SCHEDULE FOR MEDICAL FREQUENCY DEVICES TO 3,200 HOSPITALS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. THE ROLLOUT BEGINS IN 90 DAYS.
The document is 47 pages. Classified FOUO โ For Official Use Only. It was photographed page by page inside a logistics coordination office at Fort Liberty, North Carolina, and uploaded to a decentralized server 6 days ago.
The title: "Project Restoration โ Phase 1 Civilian Medical Infrastructure Integration."
โ
The document outlines a phased deployment of bioelectric frequency therapy systems to civilian hospitals beginning Q4 2026. The devices are described as "multi-spectrum electromagnetic resonance platforms capable of cellular regeneration, inflammation neutralization, and autonomous tissue repair."
They are calling them Regenerative Therapy Systems. The document never uses the word MedBed. But the specifications match exactly what has been described for years.
Phase 1: 3,200 hospitals in 50 states. Priority given to VA hospitals and trauma centers.
Phase 2: 12,000 outpatient clinics. Timeline: Q1 2027.
Phase 3: Home-unit distribution program for chronic illness patients. Timeline: Q2 2027.
โ
The logistics breakdown shows that 840 units have already been manufactured and are currently stored at three military installations. The production contract was awarded to a company that does not appear in any public corporate registry โ only a CAGE code and a Delaware LLC filing from 2024.
Training protocols for hospital staff are already written. 14,000 nurses and 6,200 physicians are scheduled for certification in a program that does not yet officially exist.
The document references Executive Order 14263 โ the same order that declassifies suppressed medical patents โ as the legal framework enabling civilian deployment.
โ
The pharmaceutical industry spends $374 million per year lobbying Congress. They have blocked every frequency-based therapy from FDA approval for 80 years. But this deployment does not go through the FDA. It is classified as a military-to-civilian technology transfer under the Defense Production Act.
They cannot lobby against what they cannot see. And by the time it becomes public, the devices will already be installed.
The officer who leaked the document has not been identified. The server hosting the files has been mirrored 19 times across 7 countries. The document cannot be deleted.
90 days. 3,200 hospitals. The technology they told you did not exist is already built, already stored, and already scheduled.
You were not crazy. You were early.

The Hybrid Programs
The Black Projects
The Secret DUMBs
The Dulce Wars
The Interdimensional Beings
The Portals & Leylines
Etc
However long this campaign takes over the next few months we would have learned a lot of what many UFOlogist who we considered whistleblowers will be found to be gatekeepers. Some of them are suspiciously quiet at this time. They entire career in this field was financed by the very family who also funded black budgets projects that lead to human & animal hybrid experiments that were mostly done in Nightmare Hall (6-floor) at Dulce. Something Phil Schneider was killed for exposing.

I get the frustration - high gas prices hurt everyone, and it feels like there should be a simple fix like โjust sell it cheaper here.โ But hereโs why that doesnโt work the way it sounds.
Oil is a global commodity, traded on world markets (like the futures exchange). The U.S. produces a lot (~13 million barrels/day, the worldโs top producer), but we donโt have a separate โAmerican-onlyโ price that we can force at $70 while the rest of the world pays more. Crude is fungible โ one barrel is pretty much like another. If U.S. producers had to sell domestically at a big discount ($70 when the global price is $100+), theyโd lose money compared to what they could get elsewhere. Many would cut back drilling or shift to exports anyway. Refineries and companies respond to market incentives, not government-set low prices for one country.
Why not just ban exports or โmake our own priceโ?
Banning or heavily restricting U.S. crude exports has been tried/discussed before. It might create a temporary domestic discount, but it often backfires: it discourages new U.S. production (why drill if you canโt sell at world prices?), hurts jobs in energy states, and doesnโt fix the root problem. Plus, U.S. refineries are optimized for certain types of crude โ we still import heavy oil and export lighter stuff. Forcing everything domestic messes with that efficiency and can even raise costs long-term.
The real driver right now: Crude is trading around $100 + / barrel (WTI) because of the Strait of Hormuz disruption from the Iran conflict. That strait handles ~20% of global oil shipments. When flows get blocked or threatened, supply tightens worldwide, and prices spike everywhere โ including here. Gas followed to ~$4.10โ$4.30 national average. Itโs a classic supply shock, like past Middle East crises.
President Trump has already authorized releasing 172 million barrels from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve (SPR) to add supply and ease pressure. Thatโs a short-term tool presidents use (both parties have), but itโs not unlimited and doesnโt solve ongoing global disruptions. Long-term fixes include ramping up U.S. drilling/refining (โenergy dominanceโ), diversifying away from chokepoints like Hormuz, and resolving the conflict so shipping resumes.
โTake it off the stock exchangeโ sounds good but isnโt realistic. Price controls on a globally traded good usually lead to shortages, black markets, or reduced investment (see 1970s U.S. gas lines). Markets arenโt perfect, but they signal scarcity: high prices encourage more production (U.S. shale can respond faster than most) and eventually bring prices down when supply catches up or demand eases.
Everything else (food, goods) rises with energy costs because transport and manufacturing use fuel/chemicals. No magic switch fixes inflation from a supply crunch.
The โgamesโ feel real because geopolitics + global markets affect daily life. Best levers: boost reliable domestic energy production, maintain strategic reserves for shocks, and reduce vulnerability to unstable regions. Blaming one guy ignores how the barrel of oil doesnโt care whoโs president โ it follows worldwide supply/demand and risks like wars or blockades.
What specific part do you think a president could unilaterally control here?
Long answer, however, I hope it helps you have a better understanding.. ๐
