• According to reports and live announcements from Delta pilots on the ground, the drone came too close during the departure phase, triggering standard security protocols under the Temporary Flight Restriction in place for the presidential movement.
• Helicopters were quickly dispatched for a visual sweep of the area.
• The ground stop lasted approximately 40 minutes before being lifted; normal airport operations resumed.
