We are in the final days of the Year of the Snake energy right now.

The end of a challengeing cycle. What's coming up for you at the moment is what's not coming with you.

Over the next week things are going to be intense as we move into the Year of the Horse. The energy of this week is also eclipse energy and this is what you'll be feeling the most right now.

The tail of the Snake and one final shed.

So if you need to scream, scream. If you need to purge, purge. If you need to vent, vent and if you need to speak your truth one final time then do it.

Because it can't come with you into your new season. This period between now and the 16th is the final release.

Don't suppress what you're feeling. Don't hold it back or hide your shadow or your rage. Own it. That's what needs to get out before we move into this new lunar year.

Energetically it will feel like layers are continuing to peel away.

Our nervous system is processing what the soul already knew was true long ago.

We often feel the aftermath of a shift before we see it. That's why we might feel heavy as we move through what we must let go of.

Just feel it all. Allow yourself to swim through the energy of the Snake and wash away what you need to.

Because the Horse is coming.

And so is your new season.
