5. Pardon / Jurisdiction
The judges may also address the legal effect of the Presidential Pardon and its impact on jurisdiction and continued proceedings.

According to Reuters, Tehran has delivered a stark message to key Gulf states — including Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the UAE — that if Washington launches military action against Iran, Iranian forces will strike U.S. military bases across the region.
At the same time, U.S. Armed Forces have reportedly advised some personnel to leave Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar by Wednesday evening.
Al Udeid is the largest U.S. military base in the Middle East and the headquarters of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM).
This is not normal posture.
This is not routine repositioning.
This is the language of strategic deterrence and signaling, and it underscores just how high the geopolitical pressure has climbed between Washington and Tehran.
