He didn't have any children to call. But for twenty years, Thomas had been the neighborhood mechanic who let the local motorcycle club use his tools when they broke down.
He never charged them, just asked for a conversation now and then.
When "Gunner," the club president, saw Thomas's garage closed for three weeks straight, he started asking questions.
He found out the old man was in Room 304, about to be kicked out due to a bill he couldn't pay.
Gunner didn't start a GoFundMe. He called an emergency "church" meeting at the clubhouse.
Sixty bikers emptied their pockets, their rainy-day funds, and the club treasury.
They walked into the hospital billing department with a duffel bag and didn't leave until a receipt was printed.
When Gunner walked into the room, Thomas was weeping, holding his discharge papers.
The massive biker sat on the edge of the bed and gently gripped the frail man's shoulder.
"I don't know how to thank you," Thomas sobbed, his voice cracking. "They were sending me home to die... and you boys just fixed it."
Gunner shook his head, looking the veteran in the eye.
"You didn't leave your brothers behind in '68, Thomas. And we don't leave our friends behind now. You're getting that surgery."
The doctors prepped him within the hour. Thomas wasn't just saved by money; he was saved by the family he didn't even know he had.

No surprise at all, that the Supreme Court would take up this issue.
That should be huge SIGNAL.
This decision will finally protect the meaning and value of American citizenship.
Too many people assume that past decisions are set in stone and that the constant media narrative is the truth.
The Constitution CLEARLY states that there are TWO requirements for a person born in the United States to be a citizen.
βThe United States is one of roughly 30 countries, including Canada and Mexico, that offer automatic citizenship to nearly everyone born there. Birthright citizenship was added to the Constitution in 1868 when the 14th Amendment was adopted following the Civil War. The section of that amendment known as the citizenship clause provides that β[a]ll persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.β

The two conditions for birthright citizenship are that you have to be born in the United States AND (key word) SUBJECT to the jurisdiction of the United States.
Sorry.
If your parents arenβt citizens of the United States, then they are SUBJECTS of some other country and so are their children, whether they are born in the United States or not.
This decision is set to come down some time in June, right before the 250 year anniversary celebration of our country.
Just a coincidence?
Or perfectly timed?

The U.S. is formally returning to a Monroe-Doctrine mindset β focusing on securing its own hemisphere above all else. This includes shifting military resources away from Europe, the Middle East, and parts of Asia and toward threats like mass migration, cartels, and instability in Latin America.
2οΈβ£ China is downgraded
China is no longer labeled the top national security threat. Instead, the U.S. views Beijing mainly as:
β’ an economic competitor
β’ a supply-chain risk
β’ a regional power the U.S. ideally wants to prevent from dominating Asia
3οΈβ£ Taiwan is no longer a βvital interestβ
The U.S. says deterring a conflict over Taiwan is important β but no longer top priority.
The document openly admits:
β’ China could soon outmatch the U.S. militarily in the region
β’ Defense of Taiwan may become impossible if allies donβt increase their own military commitments
4οΈβ£ End of ideological crusades
For the first time in decades, U.S. foreign policy explicitly rejects trying to spread democracy or remake societies abroad.
Instead, the U.S. says it wants pragmatic relations even with countries whose political systems differ.

The goal is to βwin the economic future,β not defeat China militarily.
The strategy acknowledges:
