This month, a strategic private sale was completed at a higher price to prior private sales. As part of the terms and conditions of this sale, an ERC20 token was provided to these buyers to confirm purchase. Terms and conditions have been published on the digitalbits.io website at https://www.digitalbits.io/token-sale-terms/. As we’ve recently seen, some of these token holders have proceeded to trade their tokens on IDEX. Prior tokens sold will be unlocked with a multi-period release schedule commencing at the beginning of 2020.

As for MainNet tokens, no MainNet tokens have been released at this time. The release of MainNet tokens will be announced in the future. At that time, the holders of XDB ERC20 tokens will be instructed to present their ERC20 tokens for MainNet tokens. This somewhat resembles what others like EOS have done in the past with an ERC20 first in circulation by certain holders and later followed up by their MainNet swap with the support of exchanges.

Regarding bounty tokens - tokens will be distributed January-March 2020 for qualified participants in prior bounty campaigns. Instructions will be provided prior to that time.
