October 3rd in Japan & the 2nd in the US is the 5th anniversary of Digimon Ghost Game! Blu-rays just came out, an interview with the director, upcoming concert, & waiting for the English dub to get wider distro. Looks like a solid anniversary year.

Based on info from Toei Europe, it appears Digimon: World’s Best Picks will stream with a week delay outside of Japan. It's episode repeats, so nothing to miss, but feels like a very odd choice.

I like the opening overall. Fun song.
A bit lower in energy than I expected from Miyazaki & Tanimoto (although the preview had me ready for that.)

Some very fun multi-season bits in the OP.

The overall animation style reminds me of various parts of Ghost Game.
