Our initial tokenomics was carefully planned to support our DigiCorp Labs Ecosystem. But thanks to changing market conditions and unforeseen challenges, we’ve gone back to the drawing board to reevaluate our approach.
A different approach
Instead of jeopardizing our token holders’ interests by flooding the market with tokens to fund our operations and product development, we’ve decided to conserve those tokens.
We’ve also shifted our focus onto an ecosystem that can survive and flourish – whatever the market conditions.
This approach has led us to three innovative products and one proof-of-concept (POC) product. We're currently in talks about monetizing these new offerings – but here’s the game changer… unlocking the IP will need our DGMV utility token! So, watch this space for more details coming your way soon!

What’s new in tokenomics?
Our recent team restructure and renewed approach have inspired us to present a comprehensive update on the state of our tokenomics, token holdings and proposed plan within a roadmap.
Right now, we’re reevaluating our token allocations for strategic marketing initiatives, allowing tokens to be used with our IPs, and enhancing token liquidity.
In line with our long-term goals – and because most of the tokens allocated for operations and research have not been used – we intend to lock away a large portion of the total supply for several years.
Our initial plan is to reallocate over 276m DGMV (27.6% of the maximum token supply) from Research, Operations, and Presale budgets. These tokens will be locked into a vesting contract and slowly released into the IP Vault over the next five years.
As a result of regulatory compliance requirements, token burning is not a viable option for us. Instead, we’re exploring locking away excess tokens and releasing them into the IP Vault using vesting contracts. Our governance system will then empower existing token holders to decide if, when and how these locked tokens enter circulation.

As promised, comprehensive guides are now available, explaining how to remove the DGMV token from the LCX platform.
Pending LCX updates, we're operating on info shared on Dec 26th 2023.
Delisting info from LCX:

Key info:
- DGMV/LCX + DGMV/USDC pairs
- Trading ceased on December 29th, 2023.
- The specified trading pairs were officially removed on January 2nd, 2024.
- Deposits closed on December 29, 2023, at 1 p.m. CET.
- Withdrawals will be closed on February 1, 2024, at 1 p.m. CET.
No further info on the DGMV-EUR pair at this time, the pair still appears to be active.
For a smooth transition, we've created guides on withdrawing DGMV tokens via Metamask or Cold Storage with Ledger, as shown in our example.

🚨🔄LCX Delisting update
Greetings Metanauts!
As you know, DGMV/LCX and DGMV/USDC stopped trading on December 29th 2023. On January second, these trading pairs were removed completely, with withdrawals set to close on February 1st 2024.
Right now, the DGMV/EUR pair looks set to continue trading, with deposit and withdrawal functionalities unaffected. Additionally, we've observed an update in LCX's initial announcement in the last paragraph, which states, "Note: Deposit and withdrawal services will exclusively cease for coins that have been fully delisted. Consequently, it's important to highlight that deposit and withdrawal functionalities will remain unaffected for APE, SAND, VIS, and DGMV."

We know there has been interest in a new CEX listing for DGMV. Speculative value isn’t the main influence on the DGMV token’s utility, and because a CEX listing can call for a lot of money and time, we’re focusing on finding one that recognizes the importance of token utility.
We’re approaching the selection of new CEXs and potentially other DEXs slowly and carefully. We want to make sure everything we do is strategically aligned with our purpose. Ideally, we’ll find a CEX that can collaborate with us, support us or even establish a DGMV-ID proof of concept (POC) with us.
