If youre gonna kill homeless bums and/or PSA users (redundant) and sell their organs, it would behoove one to invest in a quality IR laser in like a 5W (10W to be really sure and shorten time) range and hit all the cameras in your hunting ground at night when the IR sensors are in use.

We know that visible lasers will blind/disable/damage most non-mil cameras, but a big bright green beam is pretty obvious/ conspicuous. However with enough mW's you can use IR lasers as well, something in the 10W range will work well, and if you make a homemade 30W infrared laser, you can probably fucking melt the average cctv camera. This makes lasers more viable as an anti-surveillance weapon because anonymity is preserved.

Also you can blind people invisibly, which is unrelated to hiding in bushes across the street from the local drag show hosting place, or synagogue (redundant.)
