I just had the craziest experience with a begger today!😆
So here’s a quick story!
Went to my place of worship today, when we ended few of us decide to go get food,
We got there bought the food & began to eat,
In the middle of our meal a begger worked up to ask asking “pls do you have coins I’m really hungry”
Now, in Uk we rarely move with cash it’s more of contactless payments.
So we where like we don’t have cash, then he asked if we could buy him food instead, we where hesitant at first then a friend offered to get him food.
She stood up went to where they’ll place their order and she’s like I’ll get you just a burger,
Then he’s like no get me a meal instead,
I was so confused,
This is exactly how some people are today in the space.
They’re the ones who need help but they’ll still feel like they’re entitled to the help you’re trying to offer them.
It actually doesn’t make sense.
Well lesson in here!!
