All services have been restored, and we are closely monitoring the situation. If you still encounter any issues while using our services, please contact us.
After our investigation, it seems that there is an issue with the login service on some devices, but most devices can still be used normally. We are still working hard to find the cause and solution, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you still cannot log in to DiaBox or encounter obstacles using DiaBox Follow, please contact us.
In addition, the login function is only related to DiaBox Follow remote service and data backup/recovery, and has nothing to do with Bluetooth connection. Some online algorithm services are also independent of the login API and will not affect each other.

Regarding the support for Libre 3, we received reports during our testing in February about the use of DiaBox causing damage to Libre 3 sensors (although we currently cannot determine whether this issue is 100% related to DiaBox). In view of the severity of this issue, we have postponed the release of the new version. We will inform everyone as soon as there is further news.
Regarding the issue of blood glucose data update frequency, our goal is to maximize the use of Libre sensor data and features (both Libre 2 and Libre 3 generate data at a hardware level with a frequency of 1 minute). Unfortunately, our previous approach was not very elegant, resulting in additional power consumption issues and potential false positive alarms for rate of change. We have identified optimization directions and solutions for both of these issues. Please give us some time to address them.

Some progress on Libre 2 New Type (including EU C5 and US):
Abbott has now provided stronger protection for the algorithm library. For C5, I need some sensors of the corresponding type for testing. Technically, I can release a working version quickly, but according to the new application code released by Abbott, there are still some potential unknowns that may affect connectivity and accuracy.
For US Libre 2, this is much more complex than I imagined. Currently, I can use an online solution to achieve connection and data parsing with Libre 2 US New Type, but this requires very high network stability. I also tried the approach used by Juggluco, but I want to make things clearer to ensure there are no other issues,Also, this may help resolve some of the current questions related to connecting with Libre 3

We need some brand new US, Canada, Australia version Libre 2 sensors for development testing to make DiaBox support them. If anyone can provide them, please PM me, we are willing to pay at normal price.
The new variant of USA Libre 2 is 2B, and it's possible that Canada, Australia, and New Zealand might be the same. As of now, the latest release of DiaBox does not support it, but we will soon launch a version that can work.
We are about to begin the testing recruitment for the Libre 2 US Type 2B.
