🔥ETH CC in Paris brings much value to the DeXe DAO
For the DeXe core contributors attending ETH CC in Paris, it was time well spent. Also, while in Paris, our core contributor, Dmitro Kotliarov, talked to the audience at the DAOist event in Paris about DeXe’s bold vision for DAOs.
✅Meanwhile, with over 5,000 attendees from all over the world, ETH CC presented a number of great opportunities for DeXe contributors to have deep conversations with builders in the DAO space and DeFi in general. It should come as no surprise to see partnerships and other collaborations emerge for the DeXe DAO in the near future.
And DeXe contributors will be sure to attend more of them for continued learning, thought leadership, and strategic connections.

The purpose here is to give first-time DAO creators a simple, easy-to-follow guide to creating your first DAO whatever technical implementation you end up choosing. 🔥Hey DeXers - our Zealy challenge sprint just ended. And wow - what an active community! People really stepped up to tell the world about their favorite DAO. We all feel so proud to be part of this strong community.
✅Over 250 people participated, completing around 12,000 tasks and together helping many new people discover DeXe.
The sprint itself was full of energy, with many people completing nearly 100% of the tasks. D - dedication!

💡DeXe passes a security audit from Ambisafe
DeXe is happy to report that we passed the first of two planned audits from Ambisafe, a company that has audited some of the biggest organizations in blockchain.
📌Per ambisafe’s findings:
“There are no known compiler bugs for the specified compiler version (0.8.9), that might affect the contracts’ logic. There were 3 critical, 3 major, 14 minor, 32 informational and optimizational findings identified in the initial version of the contracts. All the minor and above severity findings were addressed and were not found in the final version of the code, while a few of the optimizations and notes remain acknowledged in favor of code readability and design choices.”

✅Hacken has completed their audit of DeXe Protocol’s smart-contracts. The audit was composed of several distinct audits, going back several months in order to account for new code coming in and to be as strict as possible. DeXe received top marks in each category of the audit:
▪️Documentation quality: 10 out of 10
▪️Code quality: 10 out of 10
▪️Test coverage: 100%
▪️Security score: 10 out of 10
▪️Overall: 10 out of 10
📍The earliest audit found 37 issues, 2 of them critical. The latest one found only 3 low-level issues, with 0 medium, high, or critical ones.

This comprehensive and lengthy audit is necessary to look at our smart-contract security from all the angles. Similarly, it’s important to submit to audits from multiple expert groups, with each using their own specialty tools and expertise to find even the slightest vulnerabilities.
